Oficina de Origami na Universidade Sénior Contemporânea

"Origami - transformar papel em arte!"

Origami, do japonês "oru" dobrar e "kami" papel

é a secular arte japonesa de dobragem de papel.

Usando apenas as nossas mãos e quadrados de papel
conseguimos, sem ser preciso cortar ou colar,

criar belos seres e objectos através das dobragens geométricas.

Alguns benefícios do origami:

- estimula e melhora a capacidade de concentração e memória;

- desenvolve a coordenação motora fina;

- melhora a destreza manual e paciência;

- reduz ansiedade e stress;

- desenvolve as percepções cerebrais, pois estimula
novas conexões entre os neurónios.

Segundo a cultura japonesa aquele que dobrar
mil "tsurus" - garças, pode pedir um desejo!"
